Open Positions
Licensed Plumber
Northern Virginia, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to customers
- Perform drain cleaning, water heater installations, and pipe repairs
- Conduct leak detection and emergency plumbing repairs
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
- Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain repairs to homeowners
- Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
Requirements:
- Valid Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
- Minimum 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Own basic hand tools (company provides specialty equipment)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Plumbing Apprentice
Northern Virginia, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations and repairs
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot common plumbing issues
- Help with pipe cutting, fitting, and assembly
- Load and unload equipment and materials from service vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Interact professionally with customers under supervision
- Complete apprenticeship training and coursework as required
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or willing to enroll in Virginia apprenticeship program
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
